Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C./528 of the B.N.S.S.,2023 has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned summoning order dated 31.07.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, FTC-II, Sultanpur in Sessions Trial No. 403/2019 "State Vs. Raj Narain Singh & others" Under Sections 323, 504, 506, 427, 307 of I.P.C., Police Station- Gusaiganj, District Sultanpur and further proceedings of the case passed in pursuance thereof. After arguing at some length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served, if the bail application of the applicant is directed to be considered by the Court concerned. He further submits that the applicant shall surrender before the Court concerned and will file the bail application. He further added that this Court may be pleased to direct the Court concerned to decide the bail application of the applicant within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court.
