Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents, and Sri Puneet Chandra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following main prayers:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature mandamus commanding the respondents to conduct fresh e-auction of the Commercial Block Shop bearing shop no.14, situated at Vrindavan Yojna No.04, Goverdhan Enclave, Lucknow Zone admeasuring 16.727 sqmt notified at Serial No.179 having Auction ID 48041 with registration/token amount of Rs.2,39,697.91/- in pursuance of the e-auction notice contained in Annexure No. 01. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.02 to allow the petitioners to participate in the e-auction and place their bids in regard to Commercial Block Shop bearing shop no. 14, situated at Vrindavan Yojna No. 04, Goverdhan Enclave, Lucknow Zone admeasuring 16.727 sqmt notified at Serial No.179 having Auction ID 48041." 3. Sri Puneet Chandra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of U.P. Awas Evam Vikas Parishad, Lucknow, has placed before this Court the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anand Kumar Sharma, Aakash Rai, Pramod Kumar Tripathi, Vaibhav Sharma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Puneet Chandra Prakash Chandra Mishra And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. U.P. Housing And Urban Planning Deptt. Lko. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) instructions sent by one Anand Kumar Gautam, Property Manager, saying that the auction that was conducted on 22.8.2025 resulted in no bids being received. The auction shall be held again for which, no date has been notified as yet. The said instructions are taken on record. 4. The writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court again as and when fresh cause of action arises.
