The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pratappur P.S. Case No. 35/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 329(3), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 78(2), 77 & 64(1) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Sections 66E and 67a of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Chatra. 3. Petitioner used to give tuition to the children of the informant. It is alleged that petitioner video graphed the wife of the informant in nude and thereafter started black mailing her. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the impugned order, in which it has been stated that the pen drive containing the video was seen by the presiding officer. In the video wife of the informant was posing herself in nude. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chatra in connection with Pratappur P.S.
