Message is also received wherein it is stated that Moirabari P.S. Case No. 27/2025 registered u/s 329(4)/64/351(3) BNS 2023 read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act has already ended with FR vide FR No. 19/2025 dated 29.08.2025. In view of the submission of FR in the present case, the purpose of the present anticipatory bail application has already become infructuous. In view of this, the matter is accordingly disposed of.
