Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the review- petitioner submits that the learned Single Judge has not [2025:RJ-JP:21889-DB] (2 of 2) [WRW-103/2025] considered the scheme of the Rules and wrongly interpreted the experience for the post in question in para No.11 of the judgment. We have perused the review petition as well as the order dated 20.03.2025 passed by this Court and find that the review- petitioner has failed to approach before the learned Single Judge against the order dated 26.07.2023 by filing of review petition with regard to non consideration of Rules & wrong interpretation of the Experience. Therefore, in our considered view, no case is made out for interference by this Court in the order dated 20.03.2025. In that view of the matter, this review petition stands dismissed.
