The petitioner has been made accused in connection with NCB Crime No. 01/NCB/Ranchi/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 8(c) r/w Section 20(b)(ii)(c)/25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge- cum-NDPS Judge, Lohardaga. 3. It was submitted that 250 kgs. of cannabis were recovered from possession of co-accused. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. 4. Learned A.S.G.I. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that apprehended co-accused person was in constant touch with this petitioner. 5. Considering the fact that apart from suspicion there is no material against the petitioner on record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum-NDPS Judge, Lohardaga in connection with NCB Crime No. 01/NCB/Ranchi/2025.
