PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: This Criminal Petition, u/Sec.482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A2, seeking anticipatory bail, in Crime No.61/2025 of the Bapatia Prohibition & Excise Station, Bapatia District. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has nothing to do with the offence and prays to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory 5. bail. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that the seized quantity is 2 litres of ID Arrack and as the petitioner is not 7. found to be in possession of the seized ID Arrack. When ascertained Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that he got instructions submitted that there is one learned regarding the antecedents and it is 3 antecedent as against the petitioner herein. Considering the said fact, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned police station within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and on his surrender the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and the petitioner shall make herself available for investigation as and when required and she shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. 8. 9.
