Public Prosecutor submits that the Charge- sheet has been laid in the instant case vide Charge-sheet No. 429/2025 dated Page No.# 2/2 29.07.2025 and as such, Mr. B. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that in that circumstances, he may approach the concerned Court for his remedy. Prayer is allowed. However, it is also noticed that the petitioner is in interim pre-arrest bail vide Order dated 23.07.2025. As such, it is directed that the said interim order may be extended for another 10 (ten) days time, within which the petitioner may avail his remedy as per law.
