HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5224 of 2025 Court No. - 5 HON'BLE ALOK MATHUR, J. 1. Heard Sri Mohd. Waris Farooqui, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to private respondent is dispensed with. 3. Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the respondent No. 1 - Upper Tehsildar (Judicial), Tulsipur, Balrampur, to decide Mutation Case No. 4783 of 2025 - Ali Hasan Vs. Syed Abdul Mabood Khan U/S 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case respondent no. 1 - Upper Tehsildar (Judicial), Tulsipur, Balrampur, considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner. 5. Considering the fact that Mutation Case No. 4783 of 2025 - Ali Hasan Vs. Syed Abdul Mabood Khan, U/S 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, has been filed in 2025, this Court finds no ground for issuing direction to the authority concerned to expedite the proceedings of the said case. 6. However, it is provided that in case there is any extraordinary delay in final disposal of the aforesaid case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court by filing fresh writ petition. 7. With above observation, the writ petition stands dismissed. September 2, 2025 A. Verma Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohd. Waris Farooqui Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. (Alok Mathur,J.)
