In that view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, the present revision petition is disposed of granting two (02) months time to the petitioner to vacate the residential building in dispute. It is made clear that the petitioner has to vacate the demised premises on or before 31.03.2025. 2. The petitioner is further directed to file undertaking before the Execution Court to that effect. 3. In that event of failure to vacate such premises by the petitioner it is always open to the respondent to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 4. Needless to mention that the petitioner shall deposit the arrears of rents i.e., including dues as on date. 5. With the above observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
