Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Sultanpur to decide the objection/application dated 01.07.2025 filed by him in Suit No.516/2022 (Sabeena Vs. Saleem) related to police station Kotwali Nagar, District Sultanpur within the stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant got married with opposite party no. 2 on 2011.2020; opposite party no. 2 left her matrimonial home in 2022 and preferred an application U/s 125 CrPC and vide order dated 15.09.2023 interim maintenance was granted to her. Against the grant of interim maintenance, the applicant preferred an application/objection on 01.07.2025 but no order has been passed on his application/objection till date. 4. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Family Court to decide the application within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. 5. Learned A.G.A. appearing for the State has no objection. 6. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the learned Family Court is directed to consider and decide the objection/application dated 01.07.2025 filed by by the applicant in Suit No.516/2022 (Sabeena Vs. Saleem) with expedition, in accordance with law, considering the instructions and Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ravindra Shukla Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
