Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned authority to transfer the petitioner to his home district, Itawah, or any adjoining district, in view of paragraph five of the government order dated 6th May 2025 since the petitioner has less than two years to superannuate. 3. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 4 i.e. Commissioner of Police, Lucknow, U.P. or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
