No one appears even in the revised call. 2. The present revision is preferred against the judgment and decree dated 31.03.2018 passed by the JSCC Court in SCC Suit No.78 of 2008. 3. A perusal of the judgment and decree dated 31.03.2008 reveals that as many as five issues have been framed. All the issues were found in favour of the plaintiff after appreciation of evidence. No interference is called for in exercise of revisional jurisdiction. 4. In view of above, the revision is dismissed. 5. Office is directed to send a copy of this order to the executing court to execute the decree, if already not executed.
