Heard Sri Rahul Roshan Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the petitioners is taken on record. This petition has been filed seeking following main prayer:- "a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No.4 to conduct fair and proper investigation in the matter without any prejudice in pursuance of first information report mentioned in paragraph - 4 sub clause i, ii & iii, to meet the ends of justice." Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of lodging of several first information reports against the son of petitioner No.1, namely, Shivam Singh, all the family members are being harassed by the police. Learned A.G.A. has produced written instructions dated 29.08.2025, received from Sri Ranjeet Kumar, Inspector, Crime Branch, Ayodhya, which are taken on record. On the basis of the said instructions, learned A.G.A. submits that the petitioners were not wanted in Case Crime No.549/2025, Case Crime No.557/2025 and Case Crime No.576/2025 till Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rahul Roshan Dubey Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Deviprasad @ Uday Raj Singh And Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) 29.08.2025 and they are not being harassed and even they will not be harassed in connection with the aforesaid first information reports. In view of above, this petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by learned A.G.A. on the basis of aforesaid instructions.
