Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for considering petitioner's case on compassionate transfer from Lucknow to Meerut Zone in the light of Government Order dated 06.03.2025. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Inspector General of Police (Establishment), D.G.P. Headquarter, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided in the light of Government Order 06.05.2025 within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
