This Court, vide order dated 17.04.2024 passed in MCRC No. 3419/2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Uttam Ahirwar @ Sheru had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 22.11.2024, requested for and was granted a further period of three months time to conclude the trial. 4. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 05.03.2025 again requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statement of 08 prosecution witnesses is yet to be recorded. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
