Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:42400 Court No. - 7 Case :- S.C.C. REVISION No. - 107 of 2018 Revisionist :- M/S P.P. Sanitary House Thru. Partner Mahendra Pal Rastogi Opposite Party :- Syed Mohd. Iqbal Counsel for Revisionist :- Brijesh Kumar,Ravi Shanker Tewari,Vishwakant Srivastava Counsel for Opposite Party :- Sarvesh Kumar Pandey,Syed Aftab Ahmad Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. No one appears on behalf of the revisionist, even in the revised call. The counsel for the opposite party is present. The present revision has been filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 20.11.2018 passed by the S.C.C. Court, whereby the suit-in-question was decreed for arrears of rent and ejectment. The judgment and record indicate that, after service of notice, the suit for eviction was filed. The said suit was defended by the revisionist and based on the pleadings, as many as four issues were framed between the parties. As the provisions of U.P. Act No. 13 of 1972 were not applicable and the notices were found to be validly served, the suit was decreed. No material has been brought forward in the revision to indicate as to how the said finding of fact requires interference in exercise of the revisional jurisdiction by this Court. The revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed. (Pankaj Bhatia, J) Order Date :- 23.7.2025 A.Dewal Digitally signed by :- ASHISH DEWAL High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
