This Court, vide order dated 13.12.2023, passed in MCRC No. 8493 of 2023, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Anand Patel, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on two occasions also, this Court had granted extension of time for compliance of the order dated 13.12.2023. KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 4. The learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur District-Raipur (C.G) vide his request letter dated 03.03.2025 has requested for grant of six months time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that the case is pending for the evidence of the Investigating OfÏcer. However, since two accused, Chandrakant and Ajay, are absent, arrest warrants are being issued against them. Due to this, the trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion therefore, he prays for grant of six months time for concluding the same. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of six months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
