Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has assailed order dated 13.03.2024, passed by learned Civil Judge, Rajgarh, camp at Sarahan, District Sirmaur, H.P, in an application under Order 8, Rule 6(C) read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
2. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to pray that the application, which was filed under Order 8, Rule 6(C) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 2025:HHC:28657 before the learned Trial Court, be permitted to be withdrawn.
3. Though, learned counsel for the respondents has opposed the request, but this Court is of the considered view that in case the application is allowed to be withdrawn, no prejudice will be caused to the respondents.
4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner herein to withdraw the application filed Order 8, Rule 6(C) of the Code of Civil Procedure, before the learned Trial Court. As a result of the permission having been granted to withdraw the application, obviously, the order under challenge has been rendered otios. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
