The withdrawal application has been filed with the prayer to permit the petitioner to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the fresh petition challenging the impugned order dated 19.7.2022 as well as towards the payment of 9% interest against the entire payment of post retirement benefit amounting to Rs.29, 96, 743/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that fresh order dated 19.07.2022, has been passed during the pendency of the present petition. He prays to not press the present petition with the liberty to file afresh, challenge the aforesaid order. Accordingly, the withdrawal application is allowed.
