Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Shishir Jain, who appears on behalf of the State-respondents. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners for the following prayers:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to make payment of outstanding security and deduction of bill amount about to Rs. 6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lacs) along with other dues which has been withheld by the opposite parties with regard to material supplied by the petitioner for Sewer work at Medical College, Azamgarh, in the interest of justice. ii) Issue any other suitable order or direction, which this Hon'ble court may deem, fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be passed in favour of the petitioners. iii) Allow the writ petition with cost." 3. The counsel for the petitioners says that the petitioners had executed work allotted to the Firm in 2017-2018 and supplied the material for sewer work at Medical College, Azamgarh. However, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vyas Narayan Shukla, Shailesh Kumari Counsel for Respondent(s) : Shishir Jain M/S Nikita Enterprises Lko. Thru. Proprietor Akash Jain And Another .....Petitioner(s) U.P. Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Limited Lko. Thru. Chirman And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) despite several Representations being made to the Opposite party nos.2 and 3, the Security amount has not been released. The last such Representation made by the petitioners was on 19.05.2025 through registered post. A copy of the said Representation has been filed as Annexure to the petition. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent no.3-The Project Manager, U.P.R.N.N. Ltd., Azamgarh, to decide the Representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks' from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
