Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties who has been provided written instructions dated 28.08.2025, which is taken on record. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 25.07.2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from Lucknow Region to Meerut Region. Also under challenge is the relieving order dated 14.08.2025. 3. It has been submitted that petitioner is currently posted in Lucknow Region where he is undergoing treatment for his medical condition and therefore, it could be in his medical interest that he be continued to be posted either in Lucknow or nearby Region. 4. Considering aforesaid facts and circumstances, the opposite party no.2 i.e. Commissioner, Food and Civil Supplies Department, U.P., Lucknow or any other competent authority is directed to consider and decide representations dated 23.06.2025 and 18.08.2025 respectively within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority. Petitioner shall annex a copy of representations date 23.06.2025 and 18.08.2025 alongwith certified copy of this order. 5. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
