Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent State. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "i). ISSUE, A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the opposite party no.2 the District Magistrate, Bahraich to consider and decide the petitioner's pending representations dated 20.1.2025 and 2.7.2025 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a stipulated period, as may be fixed by this Court." 3. We have gone through the representations moved by the petitioner, copies of which have been annexed as Annexure Nos.1 and 2 to the writ petition.. It is evident that the petitioner is aggrieved by the financial and other irregularities of the Gram Pradhan of Gram Panchayat Munderwa Thakurain Shiva Singh. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions, states that the application/ representations of the petitioner are not in accordance with Government Order dated 18.4.2019 issued in pursuance of the U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, Up- Pradhan and Members ) Inquiry Rules, 1997 ( hereinafter referred to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Shri Prakash Verma, Pinki Devi, Sarvesh Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Arpit Singh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Forest Deptt. Lko And Another .....Respondent(s) as "Rules, 1997"). Instructions are taken on record. 5. In view of the above, the petition is finally disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file an application supported by an affidavit under Rules, 1997 and the procedures prescribed in the Government Order dated 18.4.2019.
