Such a matter cannot be entertained as a Public Interest Litigation as it essentially relates to service condition of the said officer. 3. The Public Interest Litigation is dismissed only on this ground. 4. Our order shall not come in the way of the Government or any other competent authority to consider such transfer, if otherwise required.
