Further communication dated 17.03.2026 addressed by respondents No. 1 to 3 to respondent No.4 forwarding the revised pension case of the petitioner has already been placed on record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid office instructions and the documents appended therein though redressed the grievance of the petitioner, however, an appropriate call for releasing 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 pension in favour of the petitioner is yet to be taken by respondent No.4. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 has assured that office letter dated 17.03.2026 shall be taken to its logical conclusion by the office of Accountant General (A & E), H.P. within three weeks from today. 4. Taking note of above submission, the present execution petition stands disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law at an appropriate stage in case necessity so arises.
