The present petition has been filed only against an order dated 29th July, 2025, whereby the final inquiry report was taken into consideration and a show cause notice was issued. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the inquiry has not been conducted in accordance with the provisions of Rule 6 of the UP Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhans, Up-Pradhans and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997. 4. Be that as it may, only a show cause notice has been issued, it will be open to the petitioner to take all defenses in reply to the show cause notice, if advised. The petitioner may file a reply to the show cause notice within a period of one week from today. Thereafter, the respondent shall pass order on the said aspect within a further period of three weeks. 5. The petition stands disposed of.
