When that being the position, this writ petition raising a challenge once again to Annexure-A cannot be maintained. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner however seeks to contend that the Government through the Principal Secretary has not considered the interim relief sought for by the petitioner and there is some urgency in the matter. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:5949 WP No. 3791 of 2025 3. If that is so, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Principal Secretary, Muzarai Department to consider the interim prayer made by the petitioner in the review petition filed by the petitioner. 4.
