This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent 2. Nos.3 and 4 in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the land in an extent of Ac.1.50 cents in Sy.No.127/14-1 situated in Nadikudi, Dachepalli Mandal, Guntur District is contrary to the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that, if so required, the respondents will deal with the subject property, only in accordance with law. 4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having pattadar passbooks and IB Adangal for the subject property. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to deal with the subject property in an extent of Ac. 1.50 cents in Sy.No.127/14-1 situated in Nadikudi, Dachepalli Mandal, Guntur District strictly in accordance with law and the petitioner shall also be dealt with in accordance with law with respect to the subject property. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
