This petition has been filed with the following prayer :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to Opposite parties particularly Opposite Party No.2 and 3 to conduct the fair, proper and expeditious investigation of impugned First Information Report No.94 of 2025, under Sections 109, 324(4), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 3(1)(da), 3(1)(Gha) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Baldirai, District Sultanpur dated 26.04.2025 lodged by petitioner (contained as Annexure No.1), in the interest of justice." 4. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions dated 1.9.2025 of Mr. Chandrashekhar Sonkar, Sub Inspector, Police Station - Baldirai, District Sultanpur submits that charge sheet dated 18.6.2025 has been prepared and forwarded to the Court of Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Court No.2, Sultanpur on 15.7.2025 against two accused, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Prabhakar Pandey, Dinesh Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Ghutaku .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. The Addl. Chief Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And 6 Others .....Respondent(s) namely, Ashish Tiwari @ Talukdar and Doctor @ Aman Tiwari, therefore, petition is liable to be dismissed. 5.
