Pundir, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3. 4. In the present case, petitioner is a retired employee of Uttarakhand Transport Corporation. According to him, he was not paid benefit of 6th pay Commission w.e.f. 01.10.2006. By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief: - “Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to grant the petitioner the full benefits of the 6th Pay Commission effective from 01.01.2006, alongwith all arrears and applicable interest.” 5. Learned counsel for Uttarakhand Transport Corporation submits that if petitioner makes representation, the same shall be examined by the competent authority. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation to Managing Director, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation, within three weeks.
