Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.5/Nagar Palika Parishad District Unnao as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondent State. 2. Vakalatnama filed by Shri O.P.Tiwari, Advocate on behalf of respondent no.5 is taken on record. 3. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party no. 2 to 5 to not permitted the opposite party no. 6 for encroachment on the pathway/road, which was situated at land gata no. 1164 min situated at Wajidpur @ Rajepur Under Nagar Palika Parishad, Unnao and by illegal manner opposite party no. 6 want to construct boundary wall which was used for the purpose of inter and exit to the godown of Samaj Kalyan Vibhag District- Unnao as well as by the petitioner." 4. We have gone through the representation made by the petitioner to the District Magistrate, Unnao. It appears that the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Jainendra Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., O.P. Tiwari Danish Ahmad .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Deptt. Lko. And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) petitioner has a private dispute with one Ms. Nargin Begum arrayed as respondent no.6 in the writ petition. 5. This court cannot issue direction to the respondent no.2/ District Magistrate, Unnao against the statutory provisions of law to decide the representation of the petitioner, against a private party. 6.
