Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner withe following prayer :- "a). To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opp. parties to immediately grant permission to petitioner with reasonable conditions for maintenance of law and order, to conduct the peaceful traditional religious procession i.e. Zuloos-e-Mohammadi ( the Prophet) on the occasion of Barawafat' 6.9.2025 from 08.00 AM to 02.00 PM which will be proceeded from Qila Maidan Mohammadi District Kheri via Dargahwali Masjid-mangal Bazar,-college road-Shahajanpur road- mandi road returning to Qila Maidan, consisting of about 200 persons." 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has moved an application for grant of permission for Zuloos-e-Mohammadi on account of Barawafat, on 1.8.2025 but till date no decision has been taken in the matter, hence this petition has been filed. 4.
