This Application has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Sessions Trial No. 132 of 2024, pending before the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Udham Singh Nagar under Sections 307 read with Section 34, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 4 read with Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2 . The said request has not been opposed by the respondents. 5 . The present Application (No. 2308 of 2025), filed under Section 528 of the 2025:UHC:11576 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the applicants to file afresh, but in accordance with the law.
