Sri Triloki Nath Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant submits that two FIRs were lodged by the respective parties in regard to the same incident. The cross cases registered by the respective parties are as under: I. Criminal Case no. 89 of 2021 under Sections 147, 323, 325, 504, 506, 452 IPC, Police Station- Alapur, District Ambedkar Nagar. II. Criminal Case no. 46 of 2021 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 232, 504, 506, 325, 308 IPC, Police Station- Alapur, District Ambedkar Nagar. An application has been made by the applicant to consolidate both the criminal cases and both the cases should be tried together. In the facts of the case the learned trial court is directed to decide the application filed by the applicant for consolidating the aforesaid cases and to try them Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Triloki Nath Yadav Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
