The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is summoned as a witness for the purpose of investigation of case in Crime No.21 of 2024 on the file of 2nd respondent. It is submitted that the petitioner had attended as and when directed. It is submitted that the respondents 2 and 4 are now pressurizing the petitioner to depose as per their dictates, and as such the petitioner seeks limited prayer of directing the respondents 2 and 4 to 2 examine him in presence of his advocate and also to issue a proper notice regarding his further statements. 3. Considering the above submissions, the respondents 2 and 4 are directed to examine the petitioner as required for the purpose of investigation in Crime No.21 of 2024 in presence of the advocate of the petitioner. It is made clear that the advocate shall maintain adequate distance from the place of investigation. 4. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
