PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: Challenging the dismissal of the discharge petition filed in Crl.M.P.606 of 2009 in C.C.103 of 2009, on the file of the V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakinada dated 05.07.2010, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this Court through e-Courts case status information, wherein C.C.No.103 of 2009 on the file of the V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakinada was tried and disposed of finding accused - petitioners herein not guilt under Section 248(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Therefore, the revision case has become infructuous. Ms. Akhila, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the de- facto complainant D.Warampudi Satyanarayana Reddy also died vide letter addressed by the Inspector the Police, II Town Police Station, Kakinada to the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor along with the statement of one K. Veerababu, who is the Assistant of the de facto Complainant. In view of the disposal of the mail Calendar Case itself, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
