Heard Shri Atma Ram Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel on behalf of State- respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "i. Issue an order or direction specifically directing the opp. Party No.1 i.e. Learned Nayab Tehsildar, Masaudha, Tehsil - Sohwal, District - Ayodhya to decide/adjudicate the Case No.RST/7192/2025 titled as "Smt. Dharma V/s Ram Jiyawan" Computerized Case No. - T202504230207192 previously numbered as Case No.01395/2018 "Smt. Dharma V/s Ram Jiyawan", pending since the year 2005, within a stipulated time period, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions has informed this Court that the restoration application filed by the petitioner has already been decided on 30.08.2025 and the proceeding stands restored. 4. In light of the above, the petition has been rendered infructuous and it is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the authority concerned shall proceed to conclude the proceedings pending before him with expedition.
