This is the First bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 261/2024 registered at Police Station- Champa, District Janjgir- Champa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 397, 34 of IPC {311, 3(5) of BNS, 2023} and Section 25 and 27 of Arms Act. 2. From perusal of the bail application, it is evident that the present bail KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 application suffers from various defects, as pointed out by the Registry. 3. On a pointed query being made from learned counsel for the applicant with regard to the same, he stated that he had instructed his junior, Mr. Kamleshwar Yadav, to rectify the defects. He further submitted that the defects have been cured, as informed by his junior. 4. After having perused the defects as has been pointed out by the stamp reporter, the defects have not been removed.
