Heard Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed the following main relief: "Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner in any manner without following due process of law and without there being any FIR or lawful proceedings against him." 3. Learned AGA has produced a copy of the instructions letter dated 11.9.2025. The same is taken on record. 4. As per the instructions received by learned AGA, a complaint has been received by the police authorities against the petitioner from One Smt. Shashi Devi wife of late Rajkishore, resident of 108/2, New Kanshi Ram Colony, Hanskhera, P.S. Manak Nagar, District Lucknow through IGRS. Therefore, the petitioner has been called to the police station for the purpose of interrogation. 5. Learned AGA has further submitted that it is incorrect to say that the petitioner is being harassed unnecessarily.
