Sinha, A.P.P. --- 03 / 11.09.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 97 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 316(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 66(B), 66(C) and 84(C) of the Information Technology Ag, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. During the intervening night of 22/23.03.2025, Telaiya Police on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in the House of Sanju Ram in Telaiya Basti, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner. On search, two mobile phones, ATM Card and other articles were recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that no victim has come forward to claim that the petitioner has cheated anyone. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S.
