A writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 15.8.2025, lodged by Opposite Party No. 3, under Section 191(2),191(3),190,109,115(2)and 352 of BNS at Police Station- Harchandpur, District- Raebareli in case crime/FIR no. 0217 of 2025, so far as it relates to Petitioners, as contained in Annexure no. 1 to this writ petition. II. A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding / directing the opposite parties no. 2 not to arrest the Petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report dated 15.8.2025, lodged by Opposite Party No. 3, under Section 191(2),191(3), 190, 109, 115(2)and 352 of BNS at Police Station- Harchandpur, District- Raebareli in case crime/FIR no. 0217 of 2025, so far as it relates to Petitioners, as contained in Annexure no. I to this writ petition." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing at length, submits that this petition may be disposed of with liberty to avail the remedy of the anticipatory bail. 4.
