Delay Condonation Application (IA No. 3 of 2026) is allowed. The delay in filing the restoration application is hereby condoned. 4. The reasons given in the restoration application, according to this Court, are sufficient to allow the restoration application, therefore, the restoration application is allowed. The order dated 28.03.2025 is recalled. The present C-482 application is directed to be restored to its original number. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant as well as respondent no. 2 have entered into a compromise and they are living together in their matrimonial house. Thus, considering this fact, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal misc. application. 6. Permission is granted. 7.
