Mukesh Boga” has been concluded and case is decided by its judgment dated 30/12/2024 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, FTSC, POCSO, Rajnandgaon and another memorandum dated 30/12/2024 has been sent by him intimating about the disposal of the Special Criminal case (POCSO) No. 94/2022. in view of the fact that the said Special Criminal Case No. 94/2022 has already been adjudicated by the learned Trial Court on 30/12/2024, there is no need to pass any order of extension of time in the present office reference.
