Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 and Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 to 6. At the very outset, Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 to 6 states that an order dated 08.09.2025 has now been passed whereby the earlier order impugned dated 21.08.2025 per which the petitioner has been transferred from Lucknow to Bareilly has been modified. Copy of the said order has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner today in Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not intend to press the instant writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition but prays that as in pursuance to the order dated 21.08.2025, the petitioner had been relieved on 22.08.2025 as such, the said period be regularized as per rules. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
