So far, no implead petition is filed and further learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not responding and not turned up for filing the implead petition. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents paid the amounts and complied with the orders of this Court. In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, it is observed that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
