In compliance of the order dated 04.09.2025, the alleged detenues (i) Maheshwari @ Anjali, (ii), Veer (minor) and (iii) Laxmi (minor) have been produced by Sub Inspector Sri Shivam Gupta and lady Constable Baby. She has stated that she is residing with her husband Sri Anil Kumar willingly and she has no grievance against her husband. She categorically stated that she has not been illegally or forcibly detained by her husband/opposite party no.4. 2. In view of the aforesaid statement made by Smt. Maheshwari @ Anjali, it appears that the allegation of her illegal detention by the opposite party no.4 is without any substance. 3. The petition lacks merit and the same is accordingly dismissed .
