1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass appropriate orders/directions as this Hon'ble court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of this case for not complying/ disobedience of this Hon'ble courts order 05.02.2025 by the respondent, in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has been rendered infructuous as the order has already been complied with.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent/State agreed with the
submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and has no objection.
