(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 11.02.2025 issued under the signatures of Director, Elementary Education, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with.

Having perused aforesaid communication as well as copy of office order dated 18.12.2024, which is taken on record, this Court finds that pursuant to directions contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, petitioners, who were initially appointed on contractual basis against the post of TGT’s have been granted the
2 benefits of counting of their services on contract basis, followed by regular appointments for the purpose of pensionary benefits under CCS (Pension) Rules 1972 and entry in this regard has been ordered to be made in the service book of the petitioners.
3. Having perused aforesaid order, this Court finds that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with and as such, no action of the respondents can be said to be contumacious.
4. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. Notice issued to the respondents are discharged. Liberty is reserved to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
