No. 504 of 2025 under Sections 103(1), 238(a) of B.N.S., Police Station- Fatehpur, District- Barabanki. 3. Learned A.G.A. has placed instructions dated 27.08.2025 duly signed by Mr. Ranvijay Singh, Sub Inspector, Police Station- Fatehpur, District- Barabanki, which are taken on record. 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of the aforesaid instructions, submits that final report no. 94 of 2025 dated 07.08.2025 has been prepared and the same has been forwarded to the supervisory authority who will forward it to the concerned Court for examination. 5. In view of above, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available under the law.
