Thereafter, due to some matrimonial dispute, the petitioner's son-in-law / first respondent filed H.M.O.P. (MD)No.516 of 2023, before the Family Court, Theni. The said H.M.O.P. came to be disposed of on 13.09.2024. Despite the petitioner filed copy application No.3653 of 2024, the copy of the order made in H.M.O.P.(MD)No.516 of 2023 dated 13.09.2024, has not been furnished to the petitioner.
